Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Renewroll, a service of Montgomery Appworks LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

A record-keeping tool for tracking staff licenses, registrations and certifications and their expiry dates. It does not check any license with a board, registry or agency, and nothing in it is legal, compliance or professional advice. You are responsible for confirming every license's status with the issuing board or body and for meeting your own legal and payer requirements.

Your account and your data

• Keep your password private. The owner is responsible for who they share the invite code with and can remove members at any time.
• Only enter staff information you are allowed to keep for this purpose, such as names, roles, license numbers (including DEA numbers and NPIs) and dates.
• Do not enter or upload patient information. Only upload copies of documents you are allowed to keep for this purpose.
• Each organization can store up to 500 uploaded documents and 1 GB in total, with files up to 10 MB each.
• You own the data you enter. You can export it or delete it at any time.

Availability and changes

The service is in early release and is currently free. We may change or end features, and we will give notice before charging for anything. Reminder emails are a convenience: they can be late, filtered as spam or not arrive, so keep checking the dashboard. Dates, statuses and day counts are calculated from what you enter and may be wrong if the entries are wrong.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to reach other organizations' data, or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Montgomery Appworks LLC is not liable for missed renewals, lapsed licenses, fines or other losses from using or being unable to use it.
